I'm looking for a program that will let me remove programs from my computer.I've tried going into my programs list and doing that but it won't let me for some reason,and removing a program manually takes to long.So does someone know of a program like that?

I used to have all 5 bars for my IE. Now I'm sharing my network with my sister because we only paid for one ISP. I now only have 3 bars. Can I buy additional software to get it back to 5 bars? Can I do something? Me and my sister are both on the internet and I know that if we take turns going only one at a time we'll get the full 5 bars. What can I do for the full 5 bars when we're both on it at the same time?

I am making an updated manual for my department on how to do stuff. I have a screenshot of a webpage and I want to add a circle around a particular spot on the image (in this case it is a link they are supposed to click on). I tryed creating a circle and dragging it over the desired spot but this just whites out everything in the circle area. How can I add JUST the outline of a circle to a pic so you can still see the pic? Does that make sense? Please help!

i am wanting to buy a cd/dvd rewriter for my pc, i am looking at one for sale which is LG internal 18x super multi cd/dvd rewriter.....But my query is ive never bought or used one before so could someone please tell me, do they plug into the tower and do i have to do anything to set it up, sorry but never used one before, i have windows xp home edition, and is this cd/dvd rewriter the one i want for copying and making my own movies & music onto cds & dvds. thank you.
