First make sure you pop-up blocker is turned on. Then run the scans below to clean your machine.
Download, update and run Spybot---http://www.safer-networking.org/...... . Don't forget to use the Immunize feature.
Download, update and run---http://www.snapfiles.com/get/SuperAntiSpyware.html
Now to prevent spyware from being installed in the first place....
Download SpywareBlaster---http://majorgeeks.com/download2859.html...
SpywareBlaster doesn't scan and clean for spyware - it prevents it from ever being installed.
It's main features include:
- Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted pests.
- Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
- Restrict the actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer.

Read this guide on stopping pop-ups.
http://www.phpbbserver.com/stevie19605/viewtopic.php?t=34&mforum=stevie19605
You also need to have good security and scan your PC for any Ad-ware sending out requests for these pop-ups.

Mc Affee and norton Anti virus are not recommended. they edit some registry files that may lead to system crashed. it is better to use AVG internet Security. you can also setup your internet explorer to block pop ups.
1. right click internet explore then select properties.
2. click the privacy tab then on th elower left portion, check block pop ups. you can also configure tha sites to prevent most pop ups from appearing

Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, and Opera have perfectly good built in pop-up blockers. They must be enabled to work. After they are enabled pop-ups should be rare.
IE7 : Tools > pop up blocker > turn on
Firefox: Tools > options > content >Check "block pop up windows
Opera: Tools > Quick Preferences > Block unwanted pop-ups
If you get more than 3 pop ups per day with the browser pop up blocker enabled, you are infected with malware. If you follow all the following steps it should get rid of your problem and prevent future problems. All programs listed are free.

Turning off system restore deletes the system restore files.
Right click on "my computer"> Properties > System Restore Tab > Check box turn of system restore
After the malware is removed turn on system restore.
