Everything is going to be deleted. Was that part a question? If so, yes. NOW PANIC.

If not, just take a deep breath. Know that when you're done, you'll be greeted by a clean, new desktop and a bloody annoying green-and-blue Luna theme (I hope you're one of those people that goes 'right click > properties > change theme' before all the services have done starting) that boots up and shuts down in three seconds flat and runs like a Ferrari...

... until you use it for a month. But let's not worry about that.

If it's an OEM laptop (from a major manufacturer), all the guesswork is probably taken out of it.

Hope you backed it all up.

Don't forget to reinstall your anti-virus. AVG for free is free anti-virus software.

Well, I'm guessing you meant to overwrite it all.

Then everything will be fine. Make sure you have antivirus installed before you connect to the internet.
