im downloading a 20 gig torrent its steady at 20 kb/s anyway i can make it go faster im on a 1mb/s downlaod speped connection so i must be able to gert it to at least 200 kb/s some how


btw im using bitcommet

I have a 80gb hd with win xp on it and i tried installing suse linux the i cancled...it shrunk my windows partition to 33gb and made its own partion... but it only shows 33g hd in windows now...how do i gt it back wihout reinstalling windows i need 80gb back...it list other volumes on drive in device manager but they are uneccelsible, only 33gb with windows is accesible... it is one hd

I turned my laptop on this morning and the touch pad didn't respond. I ended up hooking up a mouse through the usb port on my laptop and i went to the control panel to the mouse section and it said nothing was wrong. How do i fix this. i need my laptop for school and my mom needs the mouse back for work.

ok so here is the deal.... my computer crashed and i lost my itunes and everything that was on it... now if i hook my ipod up to my computer i will lose all my songs.... is there a way i can get my songs from my ipod back on my computer??!! please help!!!!

Because internet exploer is always crashing on me. but the last time I tried firefox for each cookie i had. was a spyware program when i had firefox. like it was ridclious. and i dont want that to happen again should i try to download firefox or is firefox just bad? and like I even reinstalled internet explorer and it still crashes on me any suggestions?

I just bought a new TI-84 Plus Silver Edition and near the end of the installation of the computer program it informs me that my computer has not passed windows xp logo testing...i did some research on this and thought it might be caused by some of the modifications i had done to my computer (I was using windowblinds, logon studio, and bootskin [programs which completely change the way windows xp looks]) after doing this i uninstalled the program and restarted my computer. It still doesn't connect to my calculator

Note: the program installs but it will not recognize that my calculator is connected unless it passes the windows xp logo test

what can i do???

ok. I am lost. I am connected wirelessly and LAN. So i take off my wireless but i get nothing through lan but my wifes computer does. It says connected and firewalled. I tried to repair then it says this

"TCP/IP is not enabled for this connection" But as far as I knwo it is and I have it on the list of drivers installed or properties.

BUt then i go to click on it and install and it says Windows doesnt have any drivers for the device.

I have a Intel Black motherboard. I forget model but it is the black one with a P4 chip. Sorry for shady detials. Where can I get that driver? as I want to unhook wireless so I can have abetter connection.??

My mother and Aunt live in another state and have just purchased their first computers. It's an emachine T3616. They are familiar with Microsoft Word and cannot find it. I am many miles away and have windows xp and they refuse to get internet access. They say their computer came with window Vista but also say they have a disc that says Vista upgrade which they have not yet installed. Can anyone explain this to me and if they install the Vista upgrade disc will it then put Microsoft Word on their computer? Is it possible that Vista Basic does not have Word? Thanks in advance!!!!

When i highlight a word or phrase on Word, I usually can just type in another word and the highlighted portion erases as I do that. I think one of my settings changed and now it doesn't automatically erase, and instead I have to press the "delete" key to erase the highlighted portion-- the backspace key won't delete it either. How do I change it back so I can type over the highlighted portions?

Everything is enabled. I even have the file wall approve file sharing, but heres the wired thing, the desktop 1 can access desktop 2's files, and printers, but 2 cannot get into desktop 1.
