I had purchased an item, immediately paid, left a positive feedback. I've been waiting over a week for the seller's feedback, contacted him twice - no response. What shoud i do?

yesterday i cud play it.. but today, i tried double-clickng on one of my songs like i usually do, and the little "volume" (speaker.. weird volume icon thing that always comes up ext to the song when you play it) comes up, but it won't show the "playing" sign, and even when i click it numerous times, it wony play..
