Is MS Office Pro already installed? Installed Microsoft's sofware products all have license keys and all the license keys are stored in the registry. You can use the free tool "Keyfinder Thing Lite." It will display all Microsoft's license keys stored on your computer. You can find it at (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=5253)
If you don't have MS Office already install then there is nothing you can do. Not unless you can produce a sales receipt for MS Office, which shows you bought it.

Contact the seller about it. If not satisfied, be sure to file a complaint with ebay. I doubt Microsoft will give you a key for a product you bought on ebay. Maybe the seller made an innocent mistake and forgot to send to you.

This happened to me once. I called Microsoft, the guy was nice and he gave me an installation number.
You can try using OpenOffice, a free alternative to MS Office and it works better. www.openoffice.org

Do a google search for "Brian Carr" and go to his home page. He has a link that will take to a page with about a dozen

You could probably call the help-line and give them the bar code number. they should be able to find it or you will have to buy a new one from them.

Welll, you could contact the company and ask and give them all the info, but i doubt they will help, so the next best thing is illegally. ** i mean not illegally.
