Yes, your ISP can trace your activity. That's why we are advised not to say anything we don't want published, or frequent any sites we wish to remain a secret.
If you don't do anything wrong, you have nothing to fear.

yes but there are normally a few thousand people on your isp so 1 why would they want 2 and 2 surely it would be hard for them to do so

yes they know. they have server logs that tell them. if you use a proxie they know that to.
but trust me your isp doesn't care what you are doing as long as you are not causing trouble or breaking the law.
watch all the porn you want. they coundn't care less. in fact maybe you might have some they don't. :)

Yes, Isp company stored all the history of every visit you made to any website on their mainframe servers....
I advise you to use outside computer for your illegal activities....

Yes they can trace your IP address. Most the time they don't trace unless you are looking at illegeal things.

If they look into your IP's URL history, yes. And you can't erase it since it's on their servers at their headquarters.
