3 * 10 to the seventh power. First you do the power then the multiplication, so 10 to the power of seven is 10,000,000.00 times 3 is 30,000,000.00
You have to do this in order of operations. In this case the power comes first then the multiplication.

Assuming that it's 3*10^7 and not (3*10)^7 it would be simple scientific notation. You take the coefficient (the 3) and move the decimal 7 places to the right, so it becomes 30,000,000

u just add howevr many zeros to the 1 to get the answer and then u times it by 3
