to install Itunes in my laptop? cuz i usually go to my mom's computer to dowload and it its not in my laptop I am woried that it may slow my computer its a dell inspiron 1.83GZ and .99 RAM also aswer this, how do i do to not set itunes as the principal player (cuz inspiron have thier own "deluxe media center") and i dont want it to....poofh.... and ya also I know youy arent suposed to recharge an ipod from a laptop, how do i set it so it dosent do that?. plz answer all of them if posible, tanx.

Have first name in column 1, middle initial in column 2, want to put the middle initial next to 1st name in column 1, to match other databases I have.

I downloaded all this stuff that is screwing up my computer! I tried getting rid of them by ADD or REMOVE PROGRAMS, but it wouldnt let me uninstall them.

I have three laptops I'm choosing from - they all have basically the same specs. The Acer is $950, the HP is $1100 and the Sony is $1150.

It's always been my experience that Acer is to laptops what McDonald's is to fine dining, but I'm putting it here just because it's there. So, of these three, which comes most highly recommended and why?

My scanner used to work all the time, but recently, when I tried scanning a picture in, it said it was scanning, but nothing showed up on the computer. The last time that I used it, when it worked, I didn't touch it after.

Hi and thanks in advance for any suggestions. I have done plenty of work with MP3 files before -the kind of link where you click, the whole file downloads and then it plays automatically (or you can save it to your computer). Basically, I have a library of audio files that I would like to put on my page with the option of streaming audio. I am hoping to get it so that right next to the title of each audio file in the library is a player so that the viewer can just press play and voila .... streaming audio. OH, and one more thing... is this possible to do without engaging and Active-X. I find it totally annoying. My friend has this on his website but he used some Yahoo! based web design program I think. Thank you.

everytime I open microsoft word, it has an image I placed on there one time. I try deleting doc1, but it still shows that. then I click file>new and have a blank document, but "the blank document" is really that same image
