to install Itunes in my laptop? cuz i usually go to my mom's computer to dowload and it its not in my laptop I am woried that it may slow my computer its a dell inspiron 1.83GZ and .99 RAM also aswer this, how do i do to not set itunes as the principal player (cuz inspiron have thier own "deluxe media center") and i dont want it to....poofh.... and ya also I know youy arent suposed to recharge an ipod from a laptop, how do i set it so it dosent do that?. plz answer all of them if posible, tanx.

Itunes is a great multimedia program , I think it will just fine.
If you don't itunes to be the default player, then when you open it for the first time, don't click yes on the message < do you want to make itunes the default player> ...
who told you that you can't charge ipod from a laptop ? it's just like a pc but without a permanent cable
