My scanner used to work all the time, but recently, when I tried scanning a picture in, it said it was scanning, but nothing showed up on the computer. The last time that I used it, when it worked, I didn't touch it after.
What could be wrong?

Try re-stalling the print program after you un-install the present program. Hope you still have your print program disk.

That was mine once.... it was a big DOH........ someone put the 'lock on"..... make sure you don't have a 'lock' switch, whether it's physical or electronic. If it's locks, the light will come on, but you don't realize the scan head is not moving.... and it comes out nothing or garbage...... maybe you hit the "lock" button by mistake.... won't hurt to pick around.
