Asked a question on here about watching TV shows and was given some bit torrent site to download things off of - ever since - major problems with my computer so I found all those files that I could and removed them - still problems.

Read on CNET Trojan Hunter & Hijack this are safe but are they? I don't want to download more problems.

My Norton has been telling me to wait for it to scan files like - sap.dat, waol.exe, excel.cab, normal.dot, winword.exe and I got a Dr Watson Post Mortem message. With Dr. Watson - there seems to be some people who say it comes with the computer to protect the computer and some say it is a virus - The other file names seem normal but Norton scans them and they come up over and over again - uninfected but there is some kind of problem. All virus scans are clean - Spybot, Defender, Norton, The Cleaner(for trojans) and my Trojan Remover program expired - but something is wrong - computer is acting strange and things are changing, etc. :) Pls help

After,repeat,AFTER the windows logo,when the desktop appears and just as the music starts,my computer hangs(am using xp).It happens once in two or three weeks.Then no matter how many times I turn off and on,it just keeps happening.Only if I leave it off for a day,then it becomes ok again.
PS. I have already tried the following and they haven't worked,so please don't repeat these answers.....(1)I don't have extra stuff in my computer.(2)I have formatted my drive and installed a fresh windows(xp) (3)I regularly run anti virus,anti spyware and adware removers.(4)I don't have programs running at startup....I have disabled them from msconfig.(5)Every month or three weeks,I defragment my drives.(6)It is NOT a case of the processor over heating....I have air conditioning in my room.

I've seen before these types of CD:
1. Typical CD-R and CD-RW
2. A type of CD-R and CD-RW where the shiny mirror-like (underside) is in DARK color, instead of the typical silvery one.
3. A type of CD-R and CD-RW where the whole piece of CD is BLACK in color, as if it's made with black plastic resins instead of the usual transparent type.

I am looking for the type of CD-R and CD-RW that have the highest level of physical quality (not easily scratched, etc) and highest level of data preservation (data can be kept for very long without losing quality - something like datalifeplus by Verbatim).

Tell me:
1. Of all these different types of CD-R and CD-RW, which one is the best in the 2 qualities I mentioned? Please explain comprehensively why between each of them (this is where I determine who gets the 10 points).
2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the CD speed between 4x to 52x?

Note: I won't give 10 points for simple shortcut answers.
