To add .ocx and certain .dll files, run To add .ocx and certain .dll files, run WINDOWS/SYSTEM/REGSVR32.EXE from the command line. The following are the command you will need:

regsvr32 dll name or ocx name

Example: regsvr32 msvcp60.dll

I have a lap top and I have DSL but the only way I know how to connect to the internet is by using the modem while it is connected in the USB port. I really would like to have no wires so I can take my computer anywhere and not worry about being connected to the modem. I have a wireless router but like I said I have no idea how I can connect to the internet withoout using the modem on the USB port.

I pulled some old text files off of a CD I had burned, placed them back into my documents. Now I cannot open them. I get an error message that reads : Cannot load for windows 6.0 files.

We have 2 computers in the house and both of them "had" yahoo set as a home page. well now all of a sudden yahoo doesnt work on my computer, it did for the first three months and now the only way i can get it to come up is if i type the address in, hit refresh a couple of times, then it will send me back to msn.com, (which is my homepage now) then i have to retype it in the address bar and hit refresh a couple more times and after a while it will work. this is the only site that does this and ive checked all of my block and allow options on all of my programs, mcafee, pcdoctor, windows firewall, and ive made sure cookies were being saved and it still wont come up. can someone help please.

I have a Dell Laptop and I want to get connected to my wireless internet through my wireless router I have connected to my desktop.
