Loadin a DLL file from a site, its asking to run windows from the command line...whats the command line?

Quick way is:

Download the DLL and put it where the site tells you to, probably in C:\Windows\System32 but do as the site tells you to.

Now highlight the comand line that they want you to use, right clcik the highlighted text and choose Copy.

Now click Start and then Run and right click in the run command box that appears, choose Paste to copy the command line into the Run dialogue and then either press Enter or click Run to run the command.
