What is the method to send a broadcast msg to many people in one category (Friends) without typing the individual addresses each time I send or forward?

Also why does Yahoo categorize to Internet, but disallow the inquirer to add a subcategory: MESSAGING

I am running Windows XP. I have a 40gb on my laptop, with 4.28 gb of free space. I have a ton of files and no centralized backup. What is the most efficent, space and cost wise, way to backup my hard drive?

For about a month I have had a red circle with a white cross through it beside the clock on the bottom right of my admin bar. Every 15 seconds a pop-up saying the following comes up as a speech bubble from the red circle:

"Windows has detected a spyware infection!
Click here to protect your computer from spyware"

Nothing happens when you click on the than the pop-up closing for another 15 seconds and I have run full system checks with with Norton and don't have spyware on my laptop.

Can you tell me how to get rid of the pop-up.... Thanks!!!

I need to create a form in Microsoft access. The books that I have are showing me how to create a form, but it's not working for what I need. I basically need to be able to have a form where I can type in a persons name, and the form will recognize this as a record from a current table. I then need to add data to this name (hours on the phone) and have the form write this to a separate table to store the combined info for pulling reports later on. Does this make sense?? Anyone have a few clear steps to take in this direction, or know of a freebie website to help?

My daughter received a threatening IM from someone with the username of yeah_right874. They specifically threatened her and my granddaughter who is merely 9 months old. I need to know who she can report this to on Yahoo to get this person stopped. I've already told her to report this to our local police but we also want this person stopped from doing this online. Please advise.

I am going buy a new labtop, but i don't know about ram. Should i get the 512mb 1024mb or 1gb. Its so confusing i dont know what to do. I have a MySQL database with clients info in it: name, ipaddres, mac address, status

I want to do a bash script witch takes these and output in a file in this format:
surname1_name1,ipaddress1,macaddress1,status1
surname2_name2,ipaddress2,macaddress2,status2
etc...

So I can use my firewall script to get the ip's from the file and see if their status is 1 or 0 and use this information for the rules.
