How do I make a collage of pics on the computer?

Question

Do not have photoshop. Please tell me in detail and i will reward you 10 big points.

Is there any software I can download?

Here are two options
1. if you have word you can insert pictures (insert<>pictures<>file) then you can do basic editing by puting cursor over picture and (right-click<>edit)

2. Go to download.com find a drawing program that meeets your needs, many are free, instructions included

I used Paint... And since it's a bitmap file, it's on my desktop...
Pull up the photo, cut it up using the cursor, copy it, open a new file and paste it onto it there... Repeat as necessary...Save with appropriate name...
