I was suspended by Abusing eBay. i tried my luck by selling World of Warcraft account and ignore their warning. is there anyway to reinstate it?

my question is regarding the left hand side of the yahoo page with all the things you can click on like mail, games, auto etc. I want to make them a darker bolder black color so they will stand out. Now am I making myself clear. I hope so thank you so much for all your answers.
