How can I use the Internet to find a listed phone number in CA if I don't know the city?

I have tried the "Yahoo White Pages" but they are just a gimmick to get your money for a bogus background check on someone when all I want is their phone number which I know is listed. I just don't know the city.

Try zabasearch.com to find their name, then you'll get the city and u can back track from there. Good luck.

I've used www.whitepages.com numerous times to get numbers in the US.
