Where Government agency can you file a complaint for Emachines rebate checks that are not coming? I have a pending rebate with emachines for more than 6 months and until now I haven't received it.

Government may sound good, but what are you asking for? Do you want the rebate or do you want to put a letter in a file that sets in a bureaucrat's office.
Where did you buy the computer? I'd advise you to contact the place where you bought it and ask what the procedure is to follow to get a rebate. You may not have filled out all the necessary paperwork correctly.
Have you tried to contact E machines ?

After you have tried these 2 or 3 times and find that you are being ignored or brushed aside THEN and ONLY THEN contact your local county board of supervisors office and ask as to your options in this case. You also could speak with your local chamber of commerce, but FIRST go back and talk with Emachines and with the dealer that sold it to you. You may have not read the fine print completely and not followed the instructions correctly. Where did you mail the paperwork to? Track it down, get a phone number, call Emachines, try the web site I posted here and work with them to resolve it. Calling the government in may not help. I wish you the best.

Rebate checks usually take a while. Never got from emachines though. You'll just have to keep waiting or call up emachines. The government won't do anything.
