I know how to delete the content of a header, but how do you eliminate it from a document. Because it is empty but still programmed, I can't bring my text up to the top of the page. I want it gone completely.

I just recently have been getting this dialog box opening. media center receiver service has encountered a problem and needs to close.when I looked at the detailed info I saw this.

It's pretty old and only has one USB port, which sucks b/c my ethernet connector thingy goes in one of them but i wouldn't be able to upload songs to my iPod at the same time. And it cuts off even with the adapter plugged into it. Basically, I got it for free and want to trick it out to be a usable laptop for my classes in the fall. Oh and please include costs (in total).

I currently have Windows 2000 installed on my computer. Is there any way to "downgrade" it to Windows 98? I want to install XP and in order to do that, my computer must be 98. I do not mind if the files are erased, I have them all backed up. I could erase the whole disc if that was the case. Help please. And if this is possible, where could I buy a Windows 98 CD?

In asking the question of how to get rid of this, It was suggested that I download Norton or Macafee at some cost to me or download free "foxfire" software to rid this from my computer. Before I installed Service Pack 2 my internet conection speed was 56 kbs. When I installed Service pack 2 it dropped to 31 kbs. I uninstalled SP 2 and it went back up to 56. Then I decided I probably needed it I installed it one more time and the connection went down to 31 again. Is there some setting that I can change that is causing this change of speed?
