My notebook's sceen is very dark for a while. It is very hard to see the display. There is small amount of display. I have been using an external pc monitor for a long time and it works fine. I called HP, they just suggest to take it to a service and it costs almost a laptop money. . I still hope there is something that l can do manually but l could not figure it out. Do you have any suggestions that I can bring the screen back?

I am trying to learn webpage writing. i wrote some example code using MS word. When I view the code as a webpage there are a bunch of characters before and after the body that I didn't write.

How do I avoid this.

It also happened when I wrote the code in 'textedit'. But different strange characters appeared.

I have 2 computers I use to connect to the internet through a router but only one DSL line. When I plug the cable line into my laptop it connects fine, but when I plug the same cable line into my PC it says its connected but when I try to web browse it always says connection error, anyone have any clue how to get the pc to connect to the internet?

I was pretty much into computer programming during the 80s. I have a radio shack's PC-2 computer. I had en interface and printer. It wore out and couldn't get it fixed because radio shack does not make parts for it any more.
I want to get back into programming. Using the windows-XP. Where do I get the software and the book. And how much it cost?
The reason I want the book is because it teaches from the beginning. The manuel that comes with the software teaches from lower level to current level. For instense visual baics-4 goes from vb-3.

Ok, i made a site for my clan on CoD but it so happens that forums hosts suck... so i was askin around tryin to get my own forums. regular php is too complicated to i decided to look around for somethin otherwise. i am not sure why but for some reason my cpu just cuts off suddenly like someone pulled from the socket. i am thinkin it might be something overheating cause it seems to do it more often. i don't think it a virus or software error because i reinstalled windows xp. any suggestions?
