Basically, i was assigned this computer, and as a safety measure, whenever it is shut off, everything on it is cleared. Settings, backgrounds, programs, everything. The only thing saved is a small 500 MB drive, the T Drive, which is set aside for me to save papers and such to. Do you know how to stop it from clearing everything so that settings, as well as music and programs, can be added to the computer? 500 MB is just to little to work with.

I have a software called the GIMP and someone who is kinda experienced w/artistic stuff told me I can clone it to make it straight-on. see I'm making like a virtual outfit and they said cloning will also cover up the arms cuz my picture shows the arms. but when I tried to use the clone feature nothing happened and I clicked all over the picture. it just had that cancel symbol. anyway if I'm using the wrong software plz tell me what else I can use that is free or at least free trial.

Ive been looking at web page software, but ive got an ftp program for posting, so whats best for putting the page together, are the built in microsoft programs like word, etc any good. I Have office but never done more than print out a letter with word.

Hi! I became a www.myspace.com member just today and I need some help with my page. Please help me out with this one. Answer at least one of these questions:

1. How do I set the background on my page?
2. What are blog entries and how do I create them?
3. Can I set some music on my page that you have to click on first to play (not to play automatically)? If I can, how?

In fast path ZGI108, to post a voucher, I have to go through several steps to get to the directory in which all our vouchers are kept. Does anyone know how I can change it so that particular directory is the default? I am talking about LAN PC's...I hope I made myself clear. Thanks.
