Hi! I became a www.myspace.com member just today and I need some help with my page. Please help me out with this one. Answer at least one of these questions:
1. How do I set the background on my page?
2. What are blog entries and how do I create them?
3. Can I set some music on my page that you have to click on first to play (not to play automatically)? If I can, how?
4. Why is my profile private and you have to be my friend to see it? How do I make it "public"? I mean, how do you even become my friend if you can't see my profile?
5. Do you want to be my friend on myspace? My URL is http://www.myspace.com/turnerwitch
Any other information is welcome!!! 10 points to the person who helps me the most!!! :D

1. Easiest way to pimp out your profile is to paste the pre-made layout into your "About ME" section. I like http://www.createblog.com the best. They are all free.
2. Blog entries are journal entries and you go to "Manage Blog" on your home page to post a new one.
3. Go to the music section on myspace and pick an artist's song you like, lick on "add". Then go to your "account settings" on the home page and under the options for music, disable it from starting automatically.
4. Your profile is private if you are underage. If you are not, then got back to your account settings and change it so that everyone, not just your friends can see it. Someone can still friend you because they can click on "add to friends" in your contact box. That is not hidden.

1 use www.whateverlife.com they have layouts and what not and explain how to use it and it changes the color of your background and various other things.
2 a blog is kinda like a diary, click blog then go to post new blog and type whatever
3 to my knowledge it all plays automatically, just search music find a bands page click add next to the song
4 if you are either 15 or 14 ( if forget which) or under it is automatically private, if not go to account settings and there you can change it.
