Is there such a thing as "reject an email" after you read it?

I understand you can "block" an email as the email directly goes to "deleted items".

If you've read it, you can delete it and you can block that address.

You can block an email after you have read it. Depending on the email client you are using, you can setup rules that state that only reject it after you have read it.
