how do i stop this from happening i have deleted the cookies and all of the history please help i am lost.

Are you referring to the search box on Google.com and Yahoo.com? If so and I assume you are using Internet Explorer, do the following:
> Select Tools
> Select Internet Options
> Select the Content Tab
> Under Personal Information, depress the Autocomplete button
> Uncheck all the checkboxes you don't need or want

1. when it drops down highlight the word or phrase
2. press delete on Ur keyboard

YOu can't. Your address bar still has any website ot url that you TYPED in. Not found but typed in.
As far as I know you can't do anything about it.
