ok Mr. Ben S. has described the problem in details. u should check on his points .... but i think u shud check on ur power supply ... most probably any of your power cables has been damaged and supplying bad voltage to any of your hardware .... i think changing your power supply box will do ... but if it still occurs then u shud check on ur virus guard and check on all updates and give a thorough scan ... if the problem is still occuring then start to rearrange ur PC .... open the CPU case and remove the RAM and replace it on the same slot or the other slot ... and try to re arrange the installed cards .... this shud stop the problem ... but if the problem stilloccurs then u shud install ur OS in a fresh formatted drive ... do not forget to save ur imp data ....

Well the information you've given isn't quite enough to fix this problem. Errors are of two varieties. Hardware and Software. A hardware conflict may be software if the driver is corrupted or it could be a bad piece of hardware. Anything messed up this bad, I would recommend finding a professional if you have anything stored on the computer that you need to save. Back up all your files but not on your own hard drive. Then I would format it and re-install windows. Put in all your hardware drivers, newest version available is preferred or the ones that came with your system. If the computer runs ok then you've solved a software problem potentially. You should still go download all the new Microsoft Updates again and at that point if your computer runs good you've fixed it. If you still have the same problems after re-installing everything then you get to do the trial and error, part swapping event to find out which piece of hardware is the culprit.
This is the shortcut to fixing it right. You might also go to http://www.microsoft.com and search for the error code that it gives you and see if that leads anywhere but many times the error codes won't point you in the right direction either. The last one I researched told me there was a problem with the video that was making my computer reboot and it was actually a bad stick of ram memory that errored when the video filled up the system ram to the bad memory address. Best advice is to find a professional and Dell or Compaq tech support are not professionals and neither is the guy next door that has two computers.

IRQ conflict with other hardware. If you don't know what to install then don't do it. Take out all hardware that was installed go on line and check and see what should you put into the computer and not what might be a guess. The power supply just to answer the next question or the CPU would be the ones to more and likely to re-boot the Computer. I know this stuff because I have studied long and hard at a tech school in Seward Alaska and Valdez Alaska. and also internship....

Well u said...."" .... etc ... oh it also says that i hav a hardware conflict ... what is it ????"" .......this mean to what message said. Last card u put into ur PC using same resource like other device that already was in the PC . So try removing last card or at least moving to another slot onto ur motherboard. This can also generate the software error .....""... an internal error has occured""
If you wanna know more.....
Feel free to contact me on yahoo messenger for more details.

If it is re-booting that fast, you probably have a virus, that won't happen if you insert the LiveCDrom of Linux, and set the cmos to start at the CDROM as the first boot device! That would prove it!
It is what we use in the pc shops! If it still re-boots then, just booting off the LiveCDrom, you have a heat problem (FANS SLOOOOOOW?), or a power problem.
