With this camera I am able to capture still pictures onto the computer, but am unable to capture the video. I have an exterior DVD burner that allows me to hook the camera up and run the video through that onto the computer, but when I hook the camera up directly to the computer through a USB cable or an S-video cable, the computer will not recognize that the camera is attached. I have a new computer running windows XP.

I shot some video with a canon powershot, however the camera was turned vertically. Upon uploading this video to my computer, the video plays as if the camera is held normally (sideways in this instance) I need to find software that will allow me to turn it as you would a pic in photoshop. This would be particularly useful if it's a downloadable program. Any ideas?

I'm looking at buying a new computer, and I've always loved the Mac style and operating system, but the only thing stopping me from buying one right this second is that I'm not sure if my Sims 2 PC game will work with it, and that is my favorite thing in the whole world, so does anyone know if I will still be able to use the same game? When I hook up my Ipod Nano to the computer, a messenge comes up stating that Windows does not recognize the device. I did all the steps but nothing seems to work, I used the device manager and everything. The ipod does not appear in itunes, nor does it say that it is installed.

I use windows xp home edition i downloaded Mailwasher but the programe says the authentication failed for account work, i tried to change this to personal then mailwasher said Bad Username or Password. I would be grateful for any help with this matter. B. Clark
