Almost any application allows you to right click on a blank spot of any toolbar. This shows all allowed toolbars plus a tick next to the active ones. Click on them to untick or tick as appropriate. In your case. right click on the line with "File Edit View " etc, Address bar will not have a tick, left click on it and - hey presto

If you are refering to the address bar within Internet Explorer then follow these steps:-

1. Select View on the menu bar
2. Move the mouse over wher it says "Toolbars".
3. Make sure there is a tick beside "Address Bar"

If the above answers dont resolve your problem then one of your other bars has hijacked the space, if you have downloaded other toolbars remove them! They are more trouble than you think! They are infested with page hijackers and adware! NEVER and I mean NEVER download any toolbars that claim to speed up your internet search! They are all infected with page redirects and god knows what else! they simply speed you up by eliminating any pages that they are not associated with! This is how they make their profit! You only need one frakkin search bar and as far as I know, yahoo is one of the very few that are not infested! I fix computers every day and clean this crap from them more than anything else! WAKE UP PEOPLE! You want your system to be speedy on the net? Stick with the basic toolbars in Int Explorer and Firefox!

Right click your browser and make sure there is a check by address bar! If that is checked and it is still not there hover your pointer on the edge below your tool until the pointer changes to an up and down arrow, click and drag in down.

Well go to view and then click on toolbar and then go to navigation toolbar and that should sort your problem out. good luck xxxxx

just right click on the top where it should be and yick the address bar, should be back.

Look under view and select toolbars, you should find it there.
