i want a free program for windows. when you stretch a pic on a photo editor you can see squares all over, is there any free program that i can use to enhance and edit my pics?

I am looking for a site that i can make an animated picture slideshow that i can put on my myspace. Something that i can add captions to, put lots of pics on it, and customize to my likeing at least alittle bit. Anyone have a site like that???

Whenever I click the links to the message boards the messageboard takes over the whole page instead of the frame. What's going on and how can I fix it? I don't see a problem with my html.

I have windows 2000 and need protection from virus'. My brother and I are tired of infecting each other and he recomends norton. I am low income so would be happy with a monthly plan. My expectations aren't incredibly high. I don't play games, so high tech graphics cards or anything like that isn't very important to me. I would use it mostly for school work, online research, storing my photos and music, the usual stuff. Any suggestions? Thank you much.

I have this song I just HAVE to have... but.... it is not produces w/out the vocals... what is the most effective and least expensive way to do that...I need a minimum quality so that I could use it at a karaoke bar...is there a web-site that will remove the vocals off a song FOR you, if you send your cd to them... or if you tell them the name of the song, they can custom do it? I am in the Orange County, CA area... if anyone has access to one of those machines that removes vocals, I would pay to have some vocals removed custom... any help here?

i know this girl that rent dvd's from blockbuster. she brings them home and puts the movies on her computer. then she turns around and burns a bunch of copies of them. we dont like each other so i cant ask her how she does it. i tried putting one of my dvd's in my computer, but nothing happened. i do have roxio cd & dvd burner program #6 on my computer. and i have a cd burner on my computer. can sumone help me?
