is there any programs that i can use to remove the pixels from stretched out images?

i want a free program for windows. when you stretch a pic on a photo editor you can see squares all over, is there any free program that i can use to enhance and edit my pics?

First of all, if the original pic file is too small, and/or too low resolution, this is what causes the pixelation, and no freeware that I know of is going to be able to help you.

There are commercial programs available to enlarge photo's to some degree and improve overall quality, one is S-Spline. However, from your description, the pics you are referring too are too small and too low quality to do much with.

If you want a photo or picture to be larger, then you need to scan the original at a higher resolution, or set your digital camera to a higher resolution. If these are pics you are getting online, from websites or friends, then they are probably optimized for web use and the only way you can make it bigger without loss of quality is by getting hold of the original or a higher resolution version.
