I put all my music and movie files on the file D instead of C. Will that prevent that date from being erased when I do system restore to get rid of some viruses.

Does anyone think they can help me. On the internet only some pages work and some don't. I got a popup message in internet explorer saying that my registry is running low on space. Is there any easy way I can clear it out and solve the problem. Or would it be an entirely different problem that doesnt even involve the registry?

I recently received an email from a "barrister" in Ghana, Africa who says that I share the same last name as a millionaire from his country who died in a car accident with his wife and child awhile back. This lawyer says that I can inherit millions if I just take a trip down there and submit the bank some information. I've heard of this sort of scam before, but could it be real, or has someone here received an email like this before that turned out to be false?

if i sign in on a friends pc or laptop and they have netnanny can they view my chats and e-mail? Id there a record of it on their harddrive? If they can, how can I avoid it next time? Is there a way to disable or remove my history?

I badly want to learn UNIX,but each timr i try,the effort seems daunting and i get bored with the UNIX books .Is there a way to elarn UNIX including the installs? My friend has put their photos up on the Kodak Gallery website, but there is no function on the site to allow you to (batch) download them.

There are 200 photos, so i cant follow each link, right click > save as because id be there forever, so im looking for other options.

To be clear, when you look at their gallery, you start at a 'thumbnail' page with all the photos in their album displayed in miniature, hyperlinking to pages with the larger versions (which i want to download). I need a program which will follow each link, and grab the photo file from the destination webpage.

I have tried looking at some Firefox extensions which do batch downloading, however i can only manage to download the link targets, which ends up saving the HTML files (minus CSS of course) which is not really what i want.

Can anyone help?

Some of you may be aware of the VOIP, for lack of a better word, features in Google Talk. I need to be able to record a Google Talk conversation. This means my voice, as well as the person talking to me. I am aware of HotRecorder Now but it is only a trial version, I would like to do this for free. I know this can be done... somehow. I have noticed that each mail I get comes full of annoying >>> (nested quotes). Someone told me that there is a freeware ready to use with Outlook Express and other mail clients, but didn't remember the name, etc.

I have a guy friend and we have been friends for 10 years and we have dated off and on since I was about 8 years old. And, some times when we aint dating he is dating other girls and I am so jeliuos of his other girl friends.But, I know hes in love me.
