I have noticed that each mail I get comes full of annoying >>> (nested quotes). Someone told me that there is a freeware ready to use with Outlook Express and other mail clients, but didn't remember the name, etc.

Does someone have that info?? Anyone? Pls!!

Thanks in advance

1) Go to Google page and download a freeware mail client named 'Thunderbird'.
2) After installing it, download a 'nested quotes remover' mini software which will take care of that.

You won't have those annoying quotes anymore.

To remove them from a document, just copy it and paste into a new word document and than use the 'find and replace' tool. (replace with blank) That's all.

Lots of ignorant and inconsiderate people just keep hitting that Forward button until the original msg has a mile of >>>>>>>>.

If you want to fwd a text msg, just copy it, open a compose window, and paste it in. Nice and clean.

If you get one you'd like to fwd but it's full of >>>, do this:
1. copy the msg text.
2.. open a WP doc.
3. paste the msg to the doc.
4. do a Find, enter >
5. select Change all. (I use a Mac but I'm sure PCs have the same feature.)
6. Voila! The >>>> are gone!
7. Copy the cleaned msg, paste it to a Compose window and delete the Word file.

There may be a way to do this right in Outlook Express but since I don't use it, can't tell you how.
