LOL, you don't have to have a "mexican keyboard" to make those "symbols"... If you haven't found out yet, hold down the ALT key then type the numbers 0161 to get an upside down ! (¡) and hold down the ALT key with the numbers 0191 to get ¿.

for the full range of available symbols, click start, then run, and type:
charmap
clicking on a symbol will give you the 'alt' + number for that key, or double clicking will add that character to the 'characters to copy' box where you can copy it to the clipboard and paste it elsewhere.
