I know just how you feel.

I am a self taught computer person and I am continually learning.
My daughter is a computer whiz, but when I ask for her help she says - "the only way to learn is to do it yourself" - really used to get me angry, but she is right - I go to troubleshooting and do all that I can. I'm getting better all the time and even though it takes forever to solve the problem I learn so much along the way.

By the way, I am 60 and believe me if I can work things out you can to.

Hopefully, someone who answers will point you in the right direction and we will all learn.

Good luck.

It means that this program had an error it may work the next time u press it but if it remained on doing so then it might be corrupted and u have to replace it + u might have been clicking alot on it so the computer had to shut it down as it was opened lots of times.

You should ask Bill Gates this question. Also, remember to save your work, so when the program shuts down you won't lose data. And comfort yourself by remembering that computers are still in about the Model T stage of development. It will be a while before they are not constantly breaking down.

What are you doing when the box comes up? Are you on the internet? If so, it could be a virus or malware. Run your PC with a free spyware tool such as Ad-Aware or Spybot. You can download them and see how to run them @ www.download. com. Also you might find some info on the Microsoft web site.
