i have been with bt broadband for 2 years now,and have been happy with the service,except for the broadband helpline at the weekend when you are re-directed to a callcenter in india,and they cant speak english,never mind help you with broadband

there are three spy sweeper box that say stuff about shutting it down, i wanted to shut it down, but i cant now cuz none of the boxes will; work!
