If you use internet phones, why not use www.skype.com. You need to use pc's at both ends, and internet phones/headset at both ends, but they are dirt cheap. Registration is free. Calls are free - or at least nothing extra on top of your broadband.

Try Tescos You may need to buy a Tesco net phone but can call international for 2 pence a minute !

Hi there, supposedly vonage does, but you have to have a credit card to sign up because that is how you pay your bills...I don't like that, but if you want to try it the link is below...
