I am currently trying to resolve a six month old problem where BT suggested that they had no problem with their line it must be your computer! So I bought banother computer and guess what? Its still the same.

well i personally havent had any problems with bt broadband at all, been very impressed with there 2mb set up, alright there quite exspensive, but i and my husband and kids ge tto use it all day, and its never ever lost a connection yet.

had more trouble with telewest in the past than yahoo lol

Describing the problem might help!

How far do you live from the local exchange? The further you live from it the more the signal degrades and the less likely you will be to get higher speeds.

Personally I know two people who have BT Broadband, I'd personally not recommend it to anybody!

well get back on to them and ask them to run a Oneshot test.
this is a broadband test, since i used to use this a lot when working for AOL(always off-line)
this will check for any network problems.
ask them to check for any Hex errors

you forgot to tell the problem i m sure on yahoo answer there are people who can help which bt cant ,add your problem

yeees same problem, its always cutting off, soo annoying if your in the middle of a conversation on msn!
