IF you against Indian call centres BT is better than most as they only use them outside office hours, Bulldog and Tiscalli use them all the time!

basically DSL broadband is nearing the end of its life in the next 3 years we will all have direct Ethernet connections where having a phone will be an option!!

Avoid Telewest NTL as these cable corps's are very unreliable but waitrose broadband gets Good report from which?

I have to say ive tried wannadoo, ntl, aol, bt yahoo, and Bulldog.
All of those were crap for customer service etc.
The worst was bt yahoo because you cant understand the technical support (call centre in india)
The best was Ntl

I like it a lot but the call centre in India can be a joke, they have little or no real experiance and when you go deeper with query they read something out from a book. Great way to throw them is ask for a supervisor and they will get you one then say you have a degree in IT. They soon panic and call you Sir and get someone in England to call you. ;-)

I'm ok with BT broadband. I've found their helpline (always India) helpful.

I'm OK with the cost, as I'm fabulously wealthy.

It sucks, I had it for a while and it was the worst, continually disconnecting. After calling them out to fix it for the 20th time i give up and changed ISP to Ntl who are technically good but their billing is very annoying, haven't had a correct bill in months and they seem unable to ever get it right.
