My comp is becoming really slow and when i look 2 see wut is taking up all the cpu it says "System Idle Process" is between 75-98% how do i stop this

and when i put the mouse over it it says " protecting mail" is this normal or is it a virus or trojan? I have mcfee and I did a scan and even a scan on dos mode and the report said that there were 0 infected files but i'm worried about the dna like icon can some one plis help me?

I'm Looking For A Good Way To Record/Upload Videos Using My Webcam For Dirt Cheap Using A Certain Software Or Website..

I Sometimes Use Stickam.Com To Film/Upload, But It Sometimes Stops A Bit. Also, I Tried Amcap Or Whatever It's Called, And I Don't Really Like It..

Any Suggestions On A Better Site Or Free (by any chance) Software That Lets Me Record via Webcam?

I JUST TRIED DOWNLOADING 2 PROGRAMS OFF OF LIMEWIRE.COM. THEY DIDN'T COMPLETELY DOWNLOAD, SO I CANCELLED THE PROCESSES. NOW I CAN'T DO ANYTHING AT ALL AS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF MY OWN COMPUTER. I keep waiting thinking he will get tired/bored of the game.
I met the most amazing man a year and a half ago, I have/had never
been so happy in my whole life.
I'm so afraid to go further in our relationship knowing he might not
choose me over the game.
This man is well educated, successful and outgoing, so what gives.
WoW was a xmas gift from me of all people, I had no idea.
He works and then plays the game and sleeps a few
hours. No more going to the gym, cleaning dishes, grocery shopping,
sex, he's become a slug. I'm feeling left out and
ignored most of the time, and then he overcompensates and tries to
reconnect only to leave me cold again. It hurts so much when I'm
going about and he pops in to what I think is to spend time with me
or genuinely say hi and check on me but no, in all actuality he's
just getting a snack or drink to bring back up to his game.
I would like to know in all honesty is this ever going end?

When I start typing nothing shows up, but then sometime just a few letters will, and this only happens on my blog. What could be the problem? Also my brother sent me an invitation for his yahoo and he got a reply that I was not accepting invitations, but I have not done anything to prevent me from accepting invitations. There is only one user on the computer and it is password protected. There is no other guest account and I have tried the ALT+ CTRL+DEL and trying to enter there, but it won't let me. Then, I my sister did it (I think...)

So is there any way to enter Windows without knowing the password? Thanks so much in advance!
