and when i put the mouse over it it says " protecting mail" is this normal or is it a virus or trojan? I have mcfee and I did a scan and even a scan on dos mode and the report said that there were 0 infected files but i'm worried about the dna like icon can some one plis help me?

the dna icon appears next to my clock and only when i open the outlook express to check my mail

I know the "Quest Quickcare" software comes with some program that uses that icon...it's usually pink and blue...kinda creepy if you ask me...it also comes with Norton Internet Suite. I don't believe Mcaffe could have it...go into your processes, see if you have anything out of the ordinary...
