I also don't know what the new PCI Express 16 is, as opposed to AGP 8X. I had a computer business that closed 3 years ago, and now I am officially out of touch. I am about to upgrade the computer, and I am surprised to see boards with this "SATA" feature available.

I've had no problem with it before. I don't know what type of burner it is, it came with my HP computer. I use CloneDVD and AnyDVD programs. My DVD's have always been great before, an exact clone of the DVD I was burning.

Now, they come out all choppy and sometimes just quit playing in the middle of the movie. That, or the player(s) say "Unable to read disc." I've probably burned over 200 DVD's on this burner, could that be the reason?

I've cleaned the lens, and I burn at 4x speed on Imation DVD+R's (which can burn at 16x speed). Please tell me what's going on!

I found out after running Dr. Watson that there is a program running everytiime I start my computer. I believe this is a virus that is slowing the performance of my PC. This file is an application hiding in my temp folder and my problem is I can't delete it because it is being used by windows. I tried to open my pc in safe mode but to my surprise, the file is not there to be seen. It will only appear if im starting up my pc in windows. The file name is also changing like efp5d.exe or Fhe4c5.exe. Thanks for whatever info and help u can give me.

American Greetings has it whereas when you send one of their greetings to someone it auomatically e-mails you back that your greeting had been opened.

I'm not sure about you, but I find this to be a great tool knowing, if or when, someone has checked their mail.

I'm tired of people saying that they didn't open their mail when you know damn well they did. And no; I'm not getting parinoid. How about when it's business. When someone is working for you, not getting things done, and using this as an excuse. It's enough to piss you off! I know I'm not alone with...

Or how about someone you know that never - ever turns their phone off tells you that their batteries must be dead or they had it turned off!

And don't even write in and say I should hire someone else. I'm talking in general for everybodys benefit.

And off the subject, but isn't it annoying that this section doesn't have spell check
