Yes, open windows media player, click on tools, options, rip music, change your format to MP3, select 128 - 192 kbps quality, click ok. than click on "Rip" tab, and insert your CD

Download windows media player 10 from microsoft. It has the ability to rip music as mp3s. Go to the options for ripping and change the format to mp3. Then click the tab that says rip, select the songs you want to rip, and then click rip music in the right hand corner.

Songs are stored in an audio CD in .cda file format. If you try to copy these files from CD to hard drive you will end up getting files that are just 1kb in size and they wont play.

In order to extract the songs in cda files, you need a software. Such softwares are called CD-rippers. Search for them use one such software to extract songs on CD to any other audio file format such mp3, wave etc and upload these n enjoy music.

Insert the CD into the pc, then open abode windows Media participant. on the menu bar above the participant, click on Rip. The extraction of the songs could initiate via itself. The songs could be extracted right into a folder in "My music". they are able to then be opened on a Powerpoint presentation under the "Insert" menu > "video clips and Sounds" > "Sound from report".

If your songs are copyrighted.. that is illegal... if they are your own creations.. you can use a program like SoundForge or GoldWave to convert it to mp3.
