What is a Samtron?
First, uninstall any programs no longer in use. Delete files, etc. If necessary, format and reinstall Windows. That's it.
For money, you may want to upgrade by adding memory, hard drive, even a better processor if possible on your motherboard.

There is no such thing as "Windows XP 2000"
But heregoes:
1. Defragment your harddrive (double click my computer, right click your C:\ drive, click properties, click the tools tab, and click defragment).
2. Scan your computer for viruses and spyware. (Go to http://safety.live.com, and use their online scanner. It will scan and clean spyware, viruses, as well as other problems).
3. remove unnessesary programs. (Click Start, run, type in "msconfig". Click on the startup tab and unselect all programs you don't need on a bootup. eg: quicktime, realplayer, etc you can unselect. Also goto add/remove programs in your control panel and uninstall any programs you no longer need.
