Last night my PC registered a virus called the "Downloader" virus which Norton Internet Security/Anti-virus could not remove. It found the file which is called CLUSLXX.DLL but couldn't do anything with it. I went to Norton's website and they said to go in safe mode and run norton to remove it but this did not work. I can't delete it or rename it because it says the file is in use.

What can I do to get rid of it? I don't want to have to clear my PC if I don't have to.

I have always used Mcafee internet security, but because i use online banking with Barclays they have given me 24 Months of F-Secure Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware. Now i i uninstall McAfee AV and Spyware and just keep the firewall running will it cause a conflict in XP or will it be okay.

Secondly is F-Secure anygood or shall i just stick to McAfee?

I have several different bundled icons that were given to me by a friend, who couldn't figure out how to install them on her PC. I took them, thinking it couldn't be that hard,as they probably went somewhere in the windows system folder. I was wrong. It is that hard!!! Is there anyone out there that can break it down to simple step by step instructions as to how to install icons on XP, whether they are handmade or store bought (w/o directions). Thanks.
