Havn't heared of a file called ybrouser.exe! Maybe iexplorer.exe?
If yes, you need to go to any PC and copy the file from C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer from other PC but make sure both of you are using the same version.

This forum has similar experiences and they state that u must get it from Yahoo again... I would suggest the original CD u installed Yahoo w/ in the 1st place.
