the laptop has xp on it and it comes on and everything looks ok, but then the screen turns blue and there is alot of words, but I can't read it befor it loops back and starts again. I know it says there is some kind of fatal inception! HELP

I have an Emachine computer with athlon 3200+ with integrated x200 Graphics with 1 gb ram and 2 disk drives and 2 hard drives. The PSU I am using is a mid 200w with 15 amps on 12v. it seems like if I attach anything else like ann additional ffan or a usb net adapter on to the computer, it freezes as it logs in to account. is it why its freezing because of low power. or maybe something else?

also, I thought if the PSU gets overloaded, it blows or stops working. does that happen?
