I need to secure my computer and its' contents from anyone trying to open my files. Please tell me how I can secure the computer/hard drive from a Jump Drive or Cruzer. Thank you.

You could disable the USB ports in the Hardware Manager. This means no USB devices could be connected. That is a little shakey.

I would recommend this product if you can spend the $35 USD :

or for the Enterprise:

Disabling the USB with the Device Manager is not good, because any other user with a valid account on the same computer can re-enable it.

It is much safer to disable it with a Group Policy. This way only somebody with administrator rights can re-enable it.
