I'm looking for a free web hosting site that will let you upload at least 700-800 Mb files.

I found nothing online for free. But you can buy paid hosting, that has lots of space and bandwidth but not much other stuff. You can use that (for a cheap price) to host your files.
Biggest free ones I could find is:
www.putfile.com (25 MB file limit, unlimited upload)
www.filelodge.com (500 MB upload limit, no file size limit)
