Where do you enter the serial number after they email it to you. I can't find the damn "register" or "enter Serial Number" option anywhere within the program.

And no, before you ask, this isn't for the purpose of spamming. I want to get something verified for a company so I can get a discount...and they want an e-mail sent from a manager at suchandsuch address as proof of my employment. Is there an easy program or way to make an e-mail look like it came from a certain place? Obviously spammers all seem to know the trick, based on all the fake addresses in my inbox.

dear guys,
when my computer start it is slower. there is a folder in startup directory which name is microsoft common item and when i start the computer it's open mydocument folder. In every folder there is one folder which automatically created . it size is 20.5 kb and it show folder icon and in detail view it show the application file. when i click that folder it again open mydocument. I try every antivirus but it didn't detect anything. what is the solution . please tell me . waiting for your reply

Computer was working fine until I tried to get on Yahoo Messenger today!!! Now I've had to convert to dial up, until phone company can come out. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Otherwise, I have to deal with slow dial up until Monday. HELP!!!

There should be a law!!! And, clearly my anti-spyware active protection ain't protecting me. I've had Ezula inserted twice tonight, and I swear I really just heard it installing again. It trips my A drive when it comes in.
