ok i have this program that i downloaded a emulator its like something u play games with but i have it saved into my documents and every time i try to open it i have to run it every time what does that mean i have to run a program every time does that mean every time i run it it takes memory from my computer and is there a way of fixing this any help would be appreciated

It sounds like it's a program that doesn't require any installation. That's all.

Run the emulator and then load the game/program/whatever that needs it from within the emulator session. Sure, it's going to use memory while it's running. When your're done with the program that needed it, just kill the emulator session.

No fix is needed as nothing's wrong!

It may be loading up your display memory; which could be irritating. Any way the thing is to save it to removable medium, such as a cd-rom. When you have written that disc, and check it, remove from machine and then delete the program from your drive and reboot or otherwise clear your temporary memory including display. When you restart, the prob prog will be gone till you want it again, then re-enter the cd.

I don't think it's a problem. You can move the program from "My Documents" if you don't want it there but it's perfectly OK in there.

yup your fit to be tied ... not a very nice feeling
if you got all your software to the computer then reformat in safemode and reboot and install everything
minus that program that is causing the trouble
